Lockdown Alan
Our workshop cat, Alan, has really taken to working from home. Alan has never been the most productive member of our team so he has not had to change his routine too much, although it did take him a little longer find somewhere comfortable to nap.
As a small company, we can easily adapt to the new ways of working and stagger our time in the workshop. It is not difficult for us to socially distance and help stop the spread of the virus, to protect the front line staff battling the effects of this crisis.
We produce our products from scratch, by hand, in our workshop, but we do rely on our partners for finishing and plating. Our anodiser has been tied up with urgent manufacture of respirators and other medical supplies and clearly these items must take priority, which can mean small delays, but we keep everyone regularly updated with progress.
We've been hearing about how life has changed while speaking to our friends and partners around the world and of course, in such difficult times our thoughts are with those less fortunate than us.
We do not know how long these turbulent times will last, but we do not mind adjusting the way we work if it helps to keep people safe. We remain, as ever, at your service, so if there is anything we can do, please just let us know.
In the meantime, we send our very best wishes for health and happiness to everyone.
